Wearing a Haute Couture gown is a once in a lifetime experience and is the ultimate symbol of luxury. This gown was custom made and hand sewn, it required 6 trips to Sydney for fittings and over 6 months to create.
I wore this gown on my wedding day on 17th February 2018.
The lace was imported from Holland and was hand appliqued along with the beautiful cross hatched beading and to give a unique Pallas Couture look.
This Haute Couture Gown is the most stunning traditional, sophisticated yet still fashion forward wedding gown and was so comfortable to wear on my special day. The grand heavily embellished train complimented by the sleek shape was so complementary and photographed magically. This gown has a balconette style neck line, which frames the decolletage perfectly. I am a B Cup and inserts were sewn in to give me a fuller look, these could easily be removed for a larger cup or added to for a smaller cup. The train also bustles as pictured in the last photo, this meant I was free to dance :)
I am 163cm however I wore Saint Laurent platforms with a 145mm (14.5cm) heel.
A matching veil was also created which complements the beautiful length of the train.
Professionally hand dry cleaned by Syndal's in Armadale Victoria, who are Melbourne's largest and most awarded wedding dress dry cleaner - who else would you trust with such a creation!
I will be sad to let this beautiful gown go, however I'd love for another bride to be to have the opportunity to wear a Haute Couture gown by Pallas Couture.
