I'm 5'4, wear a size 4 dress (US size), 34C bra, small shirts, and usually wear a size 26/27 in jeans (or size 4 in pants). This dress is really gorgeous and fit like a glove. I didn't have to alter anything except for the length since I'm shorter than the average American women.
