Oleg Cassini CWG498 Formal unclassified dresses

I purchased this Oleg Cassini lace overlay gown (discontinued style) off the rack from David's Bridal in 2013 and later decided to go with another dress for my wedding. It has never been worn for an extended period of time, just try-ons in the store and once at home for my family, and has since been stored in the provided gown bag.

Color ivory. Size 12 (I was a street size 8-10, M/L, usual bra size 34C). Strapless with a slight curve in the neckline. I'm only 5'2", so the waist sat somewhere between an empire and a natural waist on me. I would guess it would fall closer to an empire on a taller person. Also believe it is designed as a sweep train (see pictures). No alterations. Since this dress was used for store try-ons, there are a couple places where the threaded sequins are a little loose. I didn't find them very noticeable and someone experienced with alterations may be able to tighten them easily (see pictures). Salesperson counted 6 layers to the skirt when exploring options for alterations and bustling.

$1450 retail price, paid $1000, asking $300 to include the dress, gown bag, corset bra (size 38B, tried on once, paid $79) and 2-tier slip (size 14, new in packaging, paid $59). Additionally, I will cover standard ground shipping, request signature upon delivery and provide you the tracking number after I ship. (I'm only able to ship to the continental U.S.)
