Oleg Cassini Summer unclassified dresses

This dress was bought for a wedding that never happened.  It's a David's Bridal dress that was bought as a floor sample that had never been worn and had never been altered. The straps are detachable and are not attached and the dress had been in a garment bag since bought. If not bought, it will be cut and dyed as a divorce dress.
